We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. This position offers competitive hourly pay with performance-based incentives, providing a clear path to high earnings based on both technical skills and customer service excellence.

Position Overview

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, technicians will have the opportunity to recommend system upgrades, accessories, and maintenance agreements to enhance system performance and customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

This position offers a competitive hourly wage with additional incentives for performance and sales. Technicians can expect an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $75,000+ annually, with no cap on potential earnings.

Tool Requirements

Technicians are required to provide their own tools, with the exception of a scale, torches, and a vacuum pump, which will be provided by the company.
